Students participate in business contest

Sixteen students from Falls City High School participated in the Peru Business Contest on Wednesday, February 18. Derrick Nutzman and Tim von Behren came away the big winners for Falls City. Nutzman finished fifth in Job Interview and vonBehren finished fifth in Business Communications. Both were awarded medals.

At this year's contest, there were 23 area schools from Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas. Over 300 students participated in 15 business categories. "It is a great learning experience for all participants," said FCHS business instructor Donna Eickhoff, who sponsored the students.
