Students at Falls City Public Schools recently competed in the Shubert American Legion Auxiliary #222 Americanism Essay contest. First second and third place winners received a cash prize for their essays. We are proud to announce the following winners in each division.
In the 3rd and 4th grade division Olivia Butrick placed first, Kase Schawang second and Gavin Simpson third.
In the 5th and 6th grade division Madison Johansen placed first, Audrey Scrivens placed second and Caroline Powell placed third.
In the 7th and 8th grade division Bowdy Jones placed first, Kenley Alexander placed second, Dayton Snethen placed third and Harley Sutton was honorable mention.
