Parents and guardians, It's Book Fair time! The spring book fair will once again be online. You can support our libraries and shop from the convenience of your home with even more books and other educational toys and games. The book fair will also be accessible to students 7:45-4:00, March 15-18th. The links below will take you to the sites that support our schools. Kindergarten Round-up information has been placed in the mail. Congratulations to another Terrific Tiger, Cesar Ayala! Although he is new to our school this year, he has quickly learned what it means to be a Terrific Tiger! He is a quiet worker who follows the rules and works hard to complete each task. He always remembers to wear his mask so that he and others are safe. Cesar is kind, caring and follows our classroom and school procedures without being reminded. He is a great kid to have in class!

Just a reminder, there will be no school tomorrow (March 12) for FCPS students. The FCPS staff have the opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and will be participating in the vaccine clinic and inservice.

FCHS National Honor Society Induction. 39 students were inducted from the two groups of eligible students from 2019-20 and 2020-21 school year. 2021 NHS Officers: President-Brock Hogue, Vice-President-Thayer Armbruster, Secretary-Brenna Leyden, and Treasurer-Abby Harms.

We had one last spin of the wheel semi-unfortunate yesterday and Ms. Hogue won the privilege of wearing a tutu for the day. Needless to say Mr. Huppert and Mr. Kraft were jealous.

FCMS Quiz Bowlers competed today in the ECNC conference Quiz Bowl. This is the first conference quiz bowl for FCMS since joining the ECNC conference. Nice work today Tigers!

Nebraska City Public Schools (High School) Summarized Winter COVID Protocol Wrestling on March 11th ● Athletes, coaches, and fans must pre-screen before attending the event. ● Enter the building in designated areas. ● Visiting teams come dressed and ready to compete, locker rooms will not be available. ● Masks are required. (athletes are encouraged to wear masks, but may choose not to during competition) ● Admission: Adults $3, Students $2 ● 3 household members (may include grandparents) may be in attendance. ● Home fans will be marked off on, visiting fans are limited to 3 fans per athlete. FCMS Wrestling Team took 17 wrestlers to the Norris Invitational today. Congratulations to the 12 medal winners. Daphne Schramm, Tate Wilcox, Robert Gilkerson, and Mason Collier all placed 1st in their Brackets. #TigerPride #GreatDayToBeATiger !!!!!
