FCMS Girls Basketball Practice Schedule for this week:
Practice Wednesday and Thursday 3:40 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday practice will be 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Bus for JCC Tourney will pick up at 6:30 a.m. Saturday at Middle School.

Games vs Weeping Water at Peru State College on Thursday, Jan. 28 will follow this schedule:
4:00 girls jv
5:15 boys jv
6:30 girls varsity
7:45 boys varsity

The staff and administration of Falls City High School have announced the
selections for December High School Students of the Month. The honors go to the following students:
Upperclassmen- Thomas Fields, a junior, Odis Fields and Brenda Fields, Nia Crawford, a junior, is the daughter of Clay and Chris Crawford.
Underclassmen- Silas Amanullah, a sophomore, is the son of Sara Ruiz and Mohammad Amanullah. Elyse Poppe, a sophomore, is the daughter of Brian and Kristin Poppe.
The students were nominated by high school staff and are being recognized for being innovative, responsible, resilient, and resourceful. Each of the students was praised in nomination comments for “academic excellence, going above and beyond what was asked of them, their helpfulness, and their leadership, and serving as excellent role models for their peers,” according to high school principal Gale Dunkhas.
