Middle School cheerleading will start practice on 8/25. Any 7th or 8th grader interested in cheering to please go to the high school for practice. It will run from 5:30 to 6:30. They will need athletic shorts and t-shirt and tennis shoes. All Cheer Athletes will need a completed physical and parent consent form.
Freshmen started the year strong in World Studies. The record has been set for completion of this room-sized map, 27 minutes!

The Tiger Football team would like to thank our community for purchasing fundraising cards and the local businesses who participated. In just six days, your incredible support helped us raise $12,000—a new record!
These funds allow us to upgrade equipment, send coaches to clinics, support player camps, and provide an outstanding high school football experience.
Our first game is August 29 at 7:00 PM vs. Palmyra, and the weather looks great. The team would love to see a packed stadium for our home opener!

We are excited to announce, North and South Elementary Schools will be participating in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program for the 2025-26 school year.
In the month of August, we will be highlighting watermelon as the fruit of the month. Watermelon is a refreshing snack on a hot day, and they are good source of Vitamin A and C. For more information on watermelon check out the attached information and recipe sheets.

This Friday night, the Tiger Softball team will have our Sports Drink Scrimmage at 5:30 pm at Hartman Field. Admission to the scrimmage is a sports drink (Gatorade, Powerade, or water) for our student-athletes to use throughout the season.

For any students in grades 7-12 interested in competing as part of the FCPS ESports Program this year, there will be a brief informational meeting for players this Thursday at 3:45 PM in Coach Huppert's Room at the middle school. If you are unable to attend because of riding the bus or sports practice, please email Coach Huppert or Coach Syslo to obtain the information.
