Joah Anderson placed first at the Skills USA competition in Grand Island with her CO2 car that she built in her IT class while at Thayer Central last semester. Her car also placed 2nd on the all time Thayer Central leaderboard. Great job Joah!

Today is School Lunch Hero Day! Celebrate your Lunch Ladies for all of the nutritious and tasty meals they cook for the students and staff through out the school year. Thank you for all you do!

Falls City Baccalaureate is Wednesday, May 10th, at 7 pm at the Nazarene Church at 19th and Wilson. The graduate and immediate family are invited to a supper at 6:15 pm and the program at 7 pm is open to the public. Contact Angie Hunzeker about questions or details.

Ashleigh Kirkendall, Emily Vitosh, Hayden Findlay, and Wyatt Wason finished 3-2, made it to the quarter finals

The local Elks club recognized Tessa Gossman tonight for her 2nd place finish in the state Americanism essay contest. Congrats Tessa and thanks to our local Elks Lodge 963 for your support of our local scholars!


Thank you local Elks lodge 963 for providing dinner for our 8th grade NJHS students who will be moving on to high school next year.


Middle school track practice will be over by 5:00 to let athletes attend the NJHS dinner at 6:00.
