
The 3rd Grade students had the opportunity to learn more about Falls City’s history at the Mini Park today. Mrs. Glenda Nelson, a previous 3rd Grade Teacher, shared information about the murals throughout time.

Congrats to Mrs. Boatrights class on capturing the homeroom trophy for winning the rock paper scissors tournament. Brayden Nichols brought home the trophy for the winners.


Tiger Volleyball picked up win #13 on the season last night after defeating Horton in three straight sets. Leading the way for the Tigers was Ashleigh Kirkendall with 23 assists and 17 digs. Reece McNeely added 10 kills, followed by RaeAnn with 8. We served up 12 team aces, and we covered the floor well with McNeely adding 13 digs, Young with 10, and Brewer with 13 respectively.

FCHS recently attended the Nebraska Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America Fall Leadership Workshop in Kearney. This annual event was held on Monday, September 19, 2022, with nearly 600 student members, chapter advisers, and guests from over 70 chapters statewide attending the conference.

On Tuesday, Rocket League 1 (P. Brown, Boatright, Heinzelman) defeated both Ord, NE, teams and are 3-0 on the season. RL2 (McCullough, C. Brown, Wendtlandt) beat Ord 2, but lost two really close matches to Ord 1 and are now 2-1 on the season. Next week they play Stanton, NE.
