On Monday, January 27 the Falls City Middle School Quiz Bowl teams traveled to Freeman to compete at the Elementary and Junior High levels. There were 2 teams of each grade, 6th, 7th, and 8th that participated. After pool play and single elimination tournament, the Falls City 6th grade team of Elise Miller, Kylie Ramsey, Kreighton Huppert, and Asher McCullock took 1st place out of 16 teams. The 8th grade team of Elijah Diltz, Audrey Scrivens, Collin Roberts, Kam Huppert, and Josslyn Bangert placed 3rd overall out of 16 teams. A great experience for all.
The Music Boosters will be having their Toss-A-Tiger Split the Pot Fundraiser on Tuesday, January 28th during halftime of the boys varsity basketball game vs. Auburn. Come join the fun!!
Caleb Zimmerman, Trinity Pierce, Elsie Thompson and Gunner Lippold recently spent 2 days at Morningside University in Sioux City, Ia, participating in the 2025 Vocal Arts Festival. They sang under the direction of Jocelyn Hagen- composer of all 4 pieces that the choir performed.

All current 9th, 10th and 11th graders have their course registration sheets for next year along with the course catalog. Parents if you want to sit down with them and help them select classes they now can do that. Ms. Eickhoff and Mr. Bangert are always available for any questions.
Our 7th and 8th grade art classes are finishing up their observation still life drawings. They have been building their skills for the last couple weeks and their growth has been amazing!
