Falls City Rec Volleyball Registration:
Registration will continue through this Friday for Rec Volleyball (Grades 1-6). Sessions will be held on Saturday mornings. You do not have to be on a Hiawatha team to participate. Those involved with Hiawatha league are encouraged to do both!

Tiger Volleyball fans. Wanted to make sure everyone understood the new 2-hit rule for 2025. To summarize, Referee's will only call 2-hits if the ball is played over the net. A player can set the ball, with multiple hits, to their teammate.

The Tiger Volleyball team will play a Jamboree game in Lewiston tonight at 5:00 PM. All proceeds from the game will support the Nebraska Sports Hall of Fame.

Tomorrow at 6:00 PM is our annual Gatorade Scrimmage!
🎟 Admission: Gatorade
🔥 All players (grades 7–12) will be introduced and run through the tunnel at the start.
⏱ Each quarter will feature a 10-minute running clock.
📌 Game Plan:
1st Quarter: Varsity offense vs. JV defense
2nd Quarter: Varsity defense vs. JV offense
3rd Quarter: Junior High scrimmage
4th Quarter: Team conditioning
🏃 At halftime, the Cross Country team will complete their run.

Middle School cheerleading will start practice on 8/25. Any 7th or 8th grader interested in cheering to please go to the high school for practice. It will run from 5:30 to 6:30. They will need athletic shorts and t-shirt and tennis shoes. All Cheer Athletes will need a completed physical and parent consent form.

The Tiger Football team would like to thank our community for purchasing fundraising cards and the local businesses who participated. In just six days, your incredible support helped us raise $12,000—a new record!
These funds allow us to upgrade equipment, send coaches to clinics, support player camps, and provide an outstanding high school football experience.
Our first game is August 29 at 7:00 PM vs. Palmyra, and the weather looks great. The team would love to see a packed stadium for our home opener!

We are excited to announce, North and South Elementary Schools will be participating in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program for the 2025-26 school year.
