After studying about animal adaptations Mrs. Bauman's fourth grade classroom did an experiment to see how birds change what they eat for the environment they are in. It also showed students the different types of foods birds are able to eat according to the type of beak they have. The students used tweezers, spoons, a staple remover, and a straw to see how much food they would be able to eat. And they only had 30 seconds.
