Our 3rd-5th grade ROARS jam winners for January were joined by officer DiGiacomo and officer Keller for a pizza party today. We are thankful for them taking time out of their busy days to join us. The students had a blast!

Being the lone tiger on the girls side, due to sickness and injuries, Paige Young wrestled very tough in a full bracket to secure a 6th place medal

The Tiger Girls Wrestling team traveled to Auburn tonight for the ECNC Tournament. The girls finished 4th in Conference and 5th overall with only 3 girls wrestling, and a 9-1 overall team record. On January 27, 3 of our FCHS band seniors attended the UNK Honor Clinic for Band and Choir students! Sierrah Vermeer and Ruby Nguyen performed in the festival band under the direction of Mr. Beave and Gunner Lippold performed in the honor band under the direction of Dr. Bierman!
Congratulations to these Jr. High and High School students. They have been selected to participate in the Missouri Western Honor Choir in February.
On Monday, January 27 the Falls City Middle School Quiz Bowl teams traveled to Freeman to compete at the Elementary and Junior High levels. There were 2 teams of each grade, 6th, 7th, and 8th that participated. After pool play and single elimination tournament, the Falls City 6th grade team of Elise Miller, Kylie Ramsey, Kreighton Huppert, and Asher McCullock took 1st place out of 16 teams. The 8th grade team of Elijah Diltz, Audrey Scrivens, Collin Roberts, Kam Huppert, and Josslyn Bangert placed 3rd overall out of 16 teams. A great experience for all.
The Music Boosters will be having their Toss-A-Tiger Split the Pot Fundraiser on Tuesday, January 28th during halftime of the boys varsity basketball game vs. Auburn. Come join the fun!!
Caleb Zimmerman, Trinity Pierce, Elsie Thompson and Gunner Lippold recently spent 2 days at Morningside University in Sioux City, Ia, participating in the 2025 Vocal Arts Festival. They sang under the direction of Jocelyn Hagen- composer of all 4 pieces that the choir performed.
