The Falls City FFA is busy competing at State this week! Wednesday the Sr. Parli Pro team and the Jr Chapter of Conduct of Meetings teams! More competition teams in the next couple of days!
Falls City High School participated at Math contest at Northwest Missouri State.
Stiephan Fields placed 4th in the Sprint round, 12th grade and 2nd in the Target round, 12th grade.
Gunner Lippold placed 2nd in the Target round, 10th grade.
Emily Vitosh placed 5th in the Target round, 11th grade.
Emily Vitosh, Ella Kobza, and Ashleigh Kirkendall placed 3rd overall in the Team round.

Falls City Middle School 7th and 8th graders competed at Peru State College on Friday, March 24th in the ESU 4 Quiz Bowl competition.
A total of 4 teams comprised of 20 students participated in pool play and tournament action. The 7th grade team of Kenley Alexander, Brandon Feighner, Camden Jean, Elijah Leyden and Burke Wissman finished 4th out of 24 teams. Congratulations to all who participated.

The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) is pleased to announce the student recipients of the Winter 2022-2023 Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association (NCPA) Academic All-State Awards. Since 2006 this NSAA Awards Program has recognized students who meet the criteria for nomination by their school in the season of their activity. These students escaped and "trapped the leprechaun" during an ELA escape room. The escape room focused on sequencing, author's purpose, fiction and nonfiction reading comprehension, main idea & details, inferring, context clues & vocabulary work!
