
First grade students had the opportunity to participate in the Environmental Department's Earth Day Event, engaging in a variety of hands-on learning activities. Louisville has cancelled their invitational track meet today.

Middle School Track is a go at Maryville today. Meet starts at 4 pm. There will be no discus today due to construction and muddy conditions.

Another middle school girls track record fell on April 8th at our home meet. The girls 4 X100 meter relay team consisting of Hallie Young, Audrey Scrivens, Ashlynn Alexander, and Peyton Weddle ran a 54.3 second race winning and breaking the previous record of 54.96 that was set in 1999.

On April 8th, at our home meet, the girls middle school 4X400 relay team broke a long standing record of 4:42.41 set in 1998. The new record of 4:35.00, beating the old record by 7 seconds, was set by Hallie Young, Audrey Scrivens, Ashlynn Alexander and Tessa Gossman. Great job ladies!

Tiger golf team finished in second place at the Wymore Southern invitational golf tournament. Ethan Morris placed fourth with an 83 and Eric Heinzleman placed eighth with an 88.

New golf bags were purchased and donated by Michael and Mark Hillyard. Michael was a former state qualifier and an alumni of Falls City Tiger golf. A big thank you goes out to Michael and Mark Hillyard. The team all loved the new bags. #thankyou #givingback

Liv Buckminster, 8th grader, broke the school record in the high jump yesterday at our home meet. Liv cleared 5'1" and broke the record held by Brynna Nolte set in 1999.

5th Grade Parents!
Be on the look out for mailed information on joining band at FCMS for 6th grade! There is a permission form included that MUST be signed if you would like your student in band for this year.
The instrument rental night date is optional if you'd like to go over paperwork in person OR ask questions about renting a school owned instrument for 25-26!
You can reserve an instrument for the fall year either online or on in person May 7th at 6:30pm in the FCMS band room! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact Ms. Phillips at aphillips@fallscityps.org
