Tiger Baseball team will play today, Saturday, March 22nd, at the Crete Tourney. The Tigers play Fairbury at 12:00 PM in Wilber. (310 West Legion Memorial Drive, Wilber, NE) Crete will play Auburn at 12:00 PM at Tuxedo Park in Crete. (West 13th Street, Crete) Winners play winners. Losers play losers to follow.

Jonathan Humphrey was the Champion Kids Heart Challenge collector for 2025 for Falls City Elementary collecting $886 to support the American Heart Association.
Falls City Public Schools will be operating on a 1:15 p.m. early out today, Wednesday, March 19 2025, due to safety concerns related to weather conditions. Bus routes will run accordingly with dismissals. There will be no afternoon/evening activities. We appreciate your cooperation!

Falls City Public Schools is pleased to announce the hiring of Payton Adams as the district’s new Grounds Supervisor, effective April 1, 2025. Payton will transition into the position currently held by Lee Huettner, who will be stepping into the Maintenance Supervisor role early this summer. A Falls City native and 2015 graduate of Falls City Public Schools, Adams brings valuable hands-on experience in grounds maintenance, pest control, and equipment operation. We are excited to welcome Payton back to Falls City Public Schools in this important role. His passion for working outdoors, combined with his previous work experience, will ensure our school grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for students, staff, and the community.
