This lane is for quick drop-offs only. If your child needs to be walked up to the door or requires some extra attention, the drop-off lane is not for you. Drivers should stay in their vehicles and keep the flow moving.
Important tips for smooth drop-offs:
• Have your kids exit the vehicle on the curb side for safety.
• Work with them on unbuckling and opening/closing doors independently.
• Cross only at crosswalks. Do not send your child across the street in between vehicles.
• Stop for crosswalks. Do not stop in the crosswalk.
• Slow down around the schools. Phones down, eyes up.
If you’re old enough to drive, you’re old enough to follow the rules and set a positive example for our kids!

This evening the FCPS school board & administrative team met for our annual strategic planning retreat. What a great opportunity for good conversation & planning for our next steps as a school community.
Jami Ankrom through the Nebraska Extension is partnering with Falls City Middle School and Terri Hogue to incorporate a first year Robotics program. The program is made possible through community donations. Thank you to our local Falls City Elks Lodge for this donation.
Students will learn how to code a robot, team work, and come up with innovative solutions for the current "submerge theme". A state competition will happen in March at UNL city campus.
Falls City High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes and area church youth group members gathered around the flagpole Wednesday, September 25 for the global "See you at the Pole", a student lead time of prayer. High School FCA meets on Fridays during lunch.
On Wednesday, September 25, Falls City Middle schools Fellowship of Christian Athletes group participated in the annual See You at the Pole. It is a global day of prayer that is student-led where students meet around their school flag pole and pray and lift up their schools, teachers, friends and family.
The varsity League of Legends team defeated Paxton, NE, tonight. Falls City improves to 1-0 and are seeking a third straight state appearance this season.
