The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program will be highlighting watermelon in September. Watermelon can be grown in Nebraska. They are good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Watermelon come in a variety of sizes and they can seed or be seedless. For more fun facts check out the attached information and recipe sheet.
